In short
Digital purchases are final. If something goes wrong, we make it right.

We’ll refund or replace if…

• you were charged twice in error;

• you can’t access or download your files and we can’t fix it within 3 business days;

• the delivered files are corrupted or materially different from the description.

Email hello@theashmethod.co with your order email and a short note or screenshot. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Not covered

Change of mind; “not my style”; resale or transfer of the license; issues caused by editing the files beyond the documented workflow.

Delivery

These are digital goods. Files are available for instant download as soon as your purchase is completed. You’ll receive a confirmation with your unique download link.

Refund timing

When granted, refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to post the credit.

Please contact us first — we can usually resolve access or files quickly.
